XXL Chocolate Cookies – Easy Gourmet Treat

Ingredients
  

  • 150g rolled oats
  • 80g honey (or maple syrup)
  • 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 50g chocolate chips (optional)
  • 30g peanut butter (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix oats and honey in a bowl until a stiff paste forms.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  3. Fold melted chocolate into the oat mixture; add chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  4. Spoon large portions (8cm diameter) onto parchment-lined trays, pressing slightly with a spoon.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.

Notes

Use a cookie press for uniform shapes. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Adjust sweetness by reducing honey/syrup.
