Method
- Mix oats and honey in a bowl until a stiff paste forms.
- Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Fold melted chocolate into the oat mixture; add chocolate chips and peanut butter.
- Spoon large portions (8cm diameter) onto parchment-lined trays, pressing slightly with a spoon.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
Notes
Use a cookie press for uniform shapes. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Adjust sweetness by reducing honey/syrup.
