  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules

Method
 

  1. Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and instant coffee granules until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold the coffee-sugar mixture into the whipped cream until smooth and homogenous.
  4. Chill for 2 hours until set.
  5. Serve chilled in glasses or cups.

Notes

Use ultra-cold cream for better volume and texture.
Instant coffee is non-negotiable for strong, concentrated flavor.
