- Pour milk into blender first
- Add flour from the label
- Blend on low speed until smooth
- Add eggs and blend until fully incorporated
- With motor running, add oil, sugar, vanilla, and salt
- Allow batter to rest for 10 minutes
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per crêpe and cook until golden (about 1 minute per side)
Notes
Blender method ensures no lumps! Use room-temperature eggs for better blending.
Try whole wheat flour for heartier texture.
Stack warm crêpes in layers with parchment between each.
