Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 60 g granulated sugar
  • 60 g all-purpose flour
  • 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder (optionnel)
  • 1 small milk or dark chocolate piece (3-4 g)
  • Vanilla-infused crème pastry (50 g)
  • Food coloring marker or edible ink
  • 10 cm round baking mold

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C
  2. Whip eggs and sugar until thick
  3. Sift flour, cocoa powder into egg mixture
  4. Fold gently to avoid lumps
  5. Pour batter into greased mold
  6. Place mold on baking sheet under restaurants
  7. Bake 20 min with parchment moisture shield
  8. Cool cake completely (30 min)
  9. Prepare crème pastry with vanilla
  10. Spread crème over cooled cake
  11. Add melted chocolate spot in center
  12. Use edible ink to write personal message

Notes

Cool cake completely before adding crème
Use parchment paper under mold to collect overflow
Chocolate can be omitted (vegan option)
For mini version: Use raspberry or strawberry as center
