- Pour batter into greased mold
- Place mold on baking sheet under restaurants
- Bake 20 min with parchment moisture shield
- Cool cake completely (30 min)
- Prepare crème pastry with vanilla
- Spread crème over cooled cake
- Add melted chocolate spot in center
- Use edible ink to write personal message
