  • 3 tablespoons (25 g) all-purpose flour or bread flour

Method
 

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract
  2. Add egg yolk or applesauce, mixing until smooth
  3. Add flour while stirring until a slightly thickened dough forms
  4. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds
  5. Remove from microwave when set and enjoy while warm
