Ingredients
  

  • 150 g whole wheat flour
  • 80 g corn flour
  • 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 120 g creamy peanut butter
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 60 ml honey
  • 40 ml neutral oil
  • 80 ml plant-based or whole milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
  2. In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, corn flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt
  3. In another bowl, whisk honey, oil, milk, and vanilla extract
  4. Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined
  5. Stir in peanut butter until a soft dough forms
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then cool completely before serving

Notes

Use almond or sunflower seed butter as a peanut butter alternative
Coconut sugar can replace brown sugar for sweetness
Lactose-free individuals should use plant-based milk
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days
