- Chill dough for 10 minutes
- In a separate bowl, cream softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until sandy
- Portion dough into 12 equal balls
- Roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated
- Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden
- Cool on a wire rack before serving
