  • 4 canned egg whites
  • 30g unsweetened cocoa powder

  1. Beat the canned egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form
  2. Gradually fold in melted dark chocolate and cocoa powder until smooth
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set
  4. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh berries

Notes

Use high-quality dark chocolate for best flavor
Canned egg whites prevent waste and require no preparation
