Method
- Crush biscuits into coarse crumbs using a freezer bag and rolling pin
- Melt Ferrero Rocher using a double boiler or 30-second microwave bursts
- Whip cream until airy
- Mix melted chocolate with whipped cream
- Fold in biscuit crumbs until evenly coated
- Spoon into 4 ramequins or glasses
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving
- Top with a whole Ferrero Rocher or chocolate curls

Use 100% spéculoos biscuits for authentic texture
Mascarpone can replace whipping cream for a richer texture
