Method
- Mash pistachios in a blender until finely ground
- Melt chocolate and cream together over low heat, stirring until smooth
- Mix pistachio powder into chocolate mixture until fully combined
- Pour into a silicone or parchment-lined mold
- Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour
- Gently un-mold and cut into 8 equal slices
Notes
Use fresh pistachios for best flavor. For vegan version, substitute with cold brew oil
Avoid overheating the chocolate mixture
Add whole pistachios on top for garnish
