Chocolate Pistachio No-Bake Cake

A quick and easy no-bake dessert combining rich dark chocolate and crunchy pistachios. Perfect for beginners with just 3 ingredients and under 10 minutes prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g shelled unsalted pistachios
  • 200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
  • 150 ml heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Mash pistachios in a blender until finely ground
  2. Melt chocolate and cream together over low heat, stirring until smooth
  3. Mix pistachio powder into chocolate mixture until fully combined
  4. Pour into a silicone or parchment-lined mold
  5. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour
  6. Gently un-mold and cut into 8 equal slices

Notes

Use fresh pistachios for best flavor. For vegan version, substitute with cold brew oil
Avoid overheating the chocolate mixture
Add whole pistachios on top for garnish
Serve chilled
